Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We ship across the United States.

  • Orders are typically processed in 3–5 business days.

  • Once shipped, delivery times vary by location.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on the way.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to love your order! If there’s a problem (wrong item, damaged on arrival), please contact us at thelynxdesign@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Because our products are custom and small-batch, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Approved returns/exchanges must be unused and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
